FAQs

Classes & Sip and Create Press Ons

What is Sip and Create Press ons?
Sip and Create press ons is a creative, social nail-art experience where you’ll design your own custom press-on nail set while enjoying a relaxed, fun studio atmosphere. It’s perfect for a girls’ night, date night, birthday celebration, solo creative day, or anyone who wants to learn more about press-on nails.

What is included in each class?
Each class includes the supplies and guidance needed for the specific project you book. Depending on the class, this may include a press-on nail set, nail tips, gels or polishes, charms, decals, design materials, a sizing kit, and step-by-step instruction from a nail artist. Your finished set is yours to take home along with an application kit.

How long are the classes?
Most classes are approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours long, depending on the design level and project. Please arrive a few minutes early so the class can begin on time.

Do I need nail experience to attend?
No. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step. More advanced artists are welcome too—come ready to create at your own level.

Will there be instructions for making press-ons?
Yes. You’ll learn the basics of creating press-on nails, including choosing the right nail sizes, prepping and designing the nails, curing products correctly, and how to apply and care for your finished set.

We will teach you how to wear and we will give you instruction card.

Are the products safe?
We use professional-quality nail products and prioritize a clean, safe creative environment. Please let us know before class if you have allergies, skin sensitivities, damaged nails, or other concerns. As with any cosmetic product, we recommend stopping use if irritation occurs.

We need everyone to wear nitrile gloves. If heavy duty nitrile gloves are needed, customers need to let us know at least 7 days before class.

Can I bring my own nail supplies or charms?
You’re welcome to bring a few personal touches, such as charms or inspiration photos. However, core class supplies will be provided. Please check the details of your specific class for any special guidelines.

Open Studio

What is Open Studio?
Open Studio is flexible studio time for independent nail creation. It is designed for guests who want access to a creative workspace, professional tools, select supplies, and a supportive nail-art environment without taking a full guided class.

What is included in Open Studio?
Open Studio includes access to the designated workspace, shared tools, selected nail-art materials, and basic studio equipment. Available products and supplies may vary by session. Specialty materials, premium charms, extensive product use, or full nail kits may be available for an additional fee.

Do I need an appointment for Open Studio?
Appointments are strongly recommended because seating and workstations are limited. Walk-ins may be accepted only when space is available.

Do I need to plan for my Open Studio session?
Yes—come with an idea of what you would like to create, especially if you have a specific design, color story, or event in mind. Bring inspiration photos if helpful. You can also arrive ready to explore and create freely with the materials available.

Is Open Studio instructor-led?
Open Studio is primarily self-guided. Studio support may be available, but it is not the same as a structured class with step-by-step instruction. If you are brand new to press-ons or need detailed teaching, we recommend booking a class first.

Absolutely. We encourage you to capture your creative process and finished nails. Please be mindful of other guests’ privacy and avoid recording anyone who has not agreed to be on camera.

Will classes be recorded?
Classes are not typically recorded in full. However, the Creative Nail Art Hub team may capture photos or short video clips for social media and marketing. If you prefer not to appear in content, please let a team member know when you arrive.

Can I post my work on social media?
Yes—please tag Creative Nail Art Hub (IG @thecreativenailhub) when sharing your experience. We love seeing your designs, process videos, and final reveal photos.

After Your Class

Do I take my press-on nails home?
Yes. Any press-on nail set you create during class is yours to take home, along with application guidance so you can wear your set confidently.

Will I receive aftercare instructions?
Yes. You’ll receive tips on applying, wearing, removing, and storing your press-ons so you can get the most out of your handmade set.

What if I do not finish my set during class?
We’ll do our best to help you complete your design within the session time. If your project is more detailed, you may be able to simplify the design, purchase additional Open Studio time, or ask about finishing options based on studio availability.
