Refund, Cancellation & Consent

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, your ticket is fully transferable to a different day or to a friend. If you can no longer attend, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to a friend or attend a different class — just let us know the changes at least 3 days before the event

• Availability of any transferred class will be subject to availability. 3 days notice does not guarantee availability.

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available session — your choice.

Photo & video consent (release)

By attending each event (open studio, themed class or alike), you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken during the event and may be used by TCNH for promotional purposes across social media, marketing, and our website.

If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before the event or let your host know at check-in, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Participation & liability acknowledgment

Guests participate in all activities at their own discretion. Please inform your host of any allergies or sensitivities (adhesives, acetone, etc.) before the event. This is a studio with sometimes extension cords on the floor. Please watch your step and walk with discretion. The studio cannot accept liability in case of any injury of any sorts.
